order specifications

Initial orders must have a minimum of at least 14 bow ties. For any additional orders, the minimum is at least 8 bow ties. Wholesale orders will receive the bow ties at $16 per tie.

We accept PayPal, credit card, and debit card payments. Orders must be paid in full before products will be shipped or delivered.

shipping/delivery

We use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx upon request. Shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and location. Complimentary free delivery to any business within a 20 mile radius of Greenville, SC.

estimated production time

Depending on item selection, orders can possibly be shipped within three days. If any selected bow ties are not currently in stock and need to be made for the order, expected production time is ten days or less.

exchanges

If any items received by the customer are incorrect, they can be exchanged for the proper items. Should this issue occur, please contact us first before sending the items back.
